Marty Kennedy is a 56 year veteran of the Commercial Real Estate Industry in the Metropolitan area of Atlanta, Georgia.
Marty has spent much of his career working in the industry acquiring, developing, and selling land, as well as commercial/mixed use developments.
A highly respected industry veteran, he brings a wealth of investment insight, and key experience that adds tremendous value to each particular project. Kennedy Property Group, LLC produces quality developments for its principals, clients and investors.
Marty and his wife Cheryl enjoy travel, and spending time with their family and friends. They currently reside in Hoschton, Georgia

Kelley is a 20 year veteran of the real estate industry, specializing in residential and commercial properties, zoning, due diligence, contract management, and acting as a liaison with municipalities, engineers and attorneys. At KENNEDY Property Group, LLC, Kelley has established a reputation for creative problem-solving and the ability to get deals done. Her eyes for trend and passion for creating innovative solutions has made Kelley an invaluable member of KENNEDY Property Group, LLC.

Marty, along with his business partner, Wayne Mason, were instrumental in setting up and developing the FIRST ever mixed use zoning property in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Also in Gwinnett County, they acquired a 200 acre site from Norfolk Southern Railroad and developed the site into a mixed use development in the City of Duluth, Georgia.
The partners have also acquired a 130 acre site on Cobb Parkway in Cobb County, GA that was taken into City of Kennesaw, GA for a mixed use development.
Marty, along with joint venture partner, Tivoli Properties, developed the successful high-rise project, MEZZO, on Peachtree Road in Atlanta, GA. He also acquired and assembled several tracts of land for assemblage on Broadway in Nashville, TN that is now the home to the high-rise development known as SKYHOUSE, developed by the Novare Group in Atlanta.
