We are excited to announce that KENNEDY Property Group, LLC and Nortap Associates received approval for a mixed use/residential development in Winder, GA. This development will consist of 396 units of multi-family, townhomes and single family homes.

Mezzo Buckhead

Mezzo is a 95 unit high-rise constructed in the Fall of 2008. The property is located on Peachtree Street perfectly situated between Buckhead and Midtown. The project was a joint venture with Tivoli Properties.

Master’s Glen is a 226 unit apartment complex located in Augusta, Georgia. The project features all the necessary amenities, such as a swimming pool and state of the art fitness center. Location is the key feature of this property. The complex is situated less than two miles from Augusta National Golf Course, which is the home of the annual Master’s golf tournament.

Global Forum

Global Forum is a 70 acre mixed-use development in Gwinnett County. The property is located on Buford Hwy, one mile north of I-285 in Doraville. The development includes apartments, 300 townhomes, and over 800,000 square feet of retail space. This notable project was the first zoned Mixed-Use Redevelopment (MUR) in Gwinnett County.

Sugarloaf Crossing

Mason/Kennedy, LLC has bought a major chunk of a nearly 200 acre-undeveloped property that is envisioned as being a mixed-use community with office, retail, multifamily, and townhomes among other uses, East of Lawrenceville, Georgia off State route 316 and Winder Highway.

Lawrenceville South Lawn

KENNEDY Property Group, LLC in Association with Nortap Associates, assembled the 32 acre site in Downtown Lawrenceville, GA into a $200 Million Mixed-Use Urban Style Development. The South Lawn project is the largest redevelopment project in Gwinnett County. The site consists of over 600 residential units and more than 15,000 sqft of retail space. The project was completed in cooperation with the City of Lawrenceville, George Berkow, Inc and Novare Group.
